A Four Week Series On How To Make Your Yoga Work For YOU

Each body is different! Come explore the power of props and how they can be used to create intensity, space, ease, or peace in the body as we explore different asanas. Learning how to modify poses can be a revelation in your practice whether you're a beginner or an advanced yogi. Each class will allow plenty of time to learn the mechanics of postures, individualized modifications, and use of props for security or challenge.

Members: $30 covers entire series
Nonmembers: $79 for entire series or drop in rate for single class
