Policies

New Students: Our new student packages have time limits of 2 weeks (14 days) from the date of purchase for the 2 week unlimited, or 30 days for the 7 class package. These packages may not be paused or extended for any reason. If purchasing as a gift, please use an open dated gift card option.

Memberships: 30 days written notice is required for cancelation of any of our 3 membership tiers. 15 days written notice is required to suspend a membership. 8 weeks is the maximum allowed suspension time. Please send all notifications to thehub@promotionfitness.com.

Class Sets: Without exception, all class and private sessions packages will expire one year from the date of purchase.
