We encourage new students to take as many different classes and teachers as they can during their first month in order to discover what style and teacher works best for their needs.

Students new to yoga and corrective exercise benefit from private sessions designed to address personal needs and goals while instructing form and modifications.  Privates are not required for Yoga, yet many find them helpful for navigating injuries or becoming more comfortable.
